The paper mainly focuses on the project that is undertaken in order to relocate a
family from the Queensland Sunshine Coast to Perth. The family who are engaged with the
relocation project mainly comprises of 4 members in which two are adults and two of them
are children of age 5 and age 9. Moreover the relocation is mainly needed as Jeff has got a
new job as a marketing director in Perth and therefore he wants to relocate from the place to
Perth. For relocation, it is necessary to vacate the present house by 20th January and then
shifting to the new house after the new house will be successfully commenced by 27th
January. As Jeff does not have relatives in the city of Perth therefore it is quite important to
make some changes so that they can be easily shift to the new house. It is analyzed that the
budget that is required for the purpose of relocation will be within $15,000.
2. Criteria and assumptions used for the milestone plan
The assumptions as well as criteria that are mainly used for developing the milestone
plan as well as the task list of the project are mainly elaborated below:
Budget: The project manager mainly assumes that the work activities that needs to be
