resume again. So, the project manager wants to shift the company in a new location for that,
the manager asked for the proposal of the project.The project proposal will be approved by
the CEO and assign the budget & time to complete the project. The project includes
stakeholders that are branch manager will behave as project manager, administrator manager,
CIT manager & Staffs. The duration given for the shifting is 2 months. So, the company has
the window of 4 days from Friday to Monday as on Friday the packing of the equipments will
accomplish, on Saturday and Sunday the equipments will be removed and shift follow by the
staffs. To achieve these goals this project consist of the scope of the project, milestone
required to achieve, identify the risk, required resources, stakeholders, principles for
operating the team, learned a lesson from previous projects & commitments.
