demotivated staff. The level of demotivation could be overstated based on different level of
needs. Motivation is a much needed aspect in the workplace and there is a major need for
providing motivation for an employee in order to achieve the high rates of success for projects.
Some theories and basic categories of needs that should be accepted generally in order to
motivate the employees and which should be properly implemented within the workplace are:
1. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs – According to this theory, the employees working
within an organization would be motivated based on the satisfaction of five basic form of needs
