INTRODUCTION
Project management depict is the effective management and suitable execution of skills
knowledge and tools undertaking the various activities and the that is used to evaluate the
effective management policies so that they can have the effective action plan in order to
complete the various task in order to meet the suitable needs(Lee and Yoon, 2019). It also
involve the effective guidance of the project manger in order to complete all the related task as
per the suitable guidelines in order to achieve success.
This report is based on the music event that is Camden Sickle Cell together doing with
the Thalassaemia service group and also develop the effective plan so that all the work can be
done in an right manner(Jin, Shen and Wang, 2018). This report will cover the network diagram
that is being made on the manual basis and also cover the stake-holder's analysis for analysing
the developing the further plan for this report.
TASK 1
Developing network diagram manually.
A network diagram is the visual representation of the various activities that are being
underline in the specific project. It is the network diagram is kind of project which the company
undertake. An effective network diagram supports the company in accomplishing the task in
