INTRODUCTION
Project management depict is the effective management and suitable execution of skills
knowledge and tools undertaking the various activities and the that is used to evaluate the
effective management policies so that they can have the effective action plan in order to
complete the various task in order to meet the suitable needs(Lee and Yoon, 2019). It also
involve the effective guidance of the project manger in order to complete all the related task as
per the suitable guidelines in order to achieve success.
This report is based on the music event that is Camden Sickle Cell together doing with
the Thalassaemia service group and also develop the effective plan so that all the work can be
done in an right manner(Jin, Shen and Wang, 2018). This report will cover the network diagram
that is being made on the manual basis and also cover the stake-holder's analysis for analysing
the developing the further plan for this report.
TASK 1
Developing network diagram manually.
A network diagram is the visual representation of the various activities that are being
underline in the specific project. It is the network diagram is kind of project which the company
undertake. An effective network diagram supports the company in accomplishing the task in
attractive and the appropriate manner(Abbasi and Jaafari, 2018). It create the link between the
various activities of the event and the set of activities that the Sickle Cell addition to
Thalassaemia Service Group is considering for its music event.

So as per the illustrated diagram, it can be said that the required time for the completing
the project activity in context of Camden Sickle Cell addition to Thalassaemia Service Group are

Stakeholder analysis for the project
Stakeholder analysis is process of identifying the people before grouping them on the
basis of their skills, knowledge, interest, influence and participation in the project so that the
desirable results can be involved and communicate each of these stakeholder in the group while
developing the project plan activities. Stakeholder is one that can Camden Sickle Cell in relation
to Thalassaemia Service Group can consider in their planning their project(He and et. al., 2021).
It is important to have the support from that group with the consideration of its stakeholder that
can be done through management of stakeholders. This also ensure the success of this project by
having the direct emphasis on their stakeholders so this analysis helps in understanding the
interest and the power of Camden Sickle Cell addition to Thalassaemia Service Group.
Furthermore, during the evaluation of the stakeholder in the project can Sickle Cell addition to
Thalassaemia Service Group can categories their stakeholder which are investors, the town Hall
committee and the various participants that is discussed as follows:

This involves the people who show that an organisation make the efforts to full fill them
and manage the various task in completing the task related to the organisation. Investors are

organisation.

An organisation has classified the group of people under observation as there is more
need of monitoring than giving their more efforts to the company(Severo And et. al., 2020).
Audience are considered in this group as they need of monitoring without wasting their energy
on this group.
High power and low interest:
these are the group of people where the Sickle Cell addition to Thalassaemia Service
Group need to emphasising the people satisfied and the Town committed are considered under
this. However, the interest of this group is less but have to satisfy them. On the basis of the

Developing numbered Work break down structure and organisational
Work breakdown structure is the project management process in which the project
breakdown into a smaller component, a work breakdown is the method to divide the large project
to get the things in an effective and efficient manner. The main aim of WBS is to manage the
large project in an appropriate manner(Rumeser and Emsley, 2018). The consideration of
adopting this system is to structure music event which the Camden Sickle Cell addition to
Thalassaemia Service Group is yo make the make the best use of various resources so that they
can get the better results in the organisation. Work breakdown structure foe the music event in
order to raise funds for the society is discussed below:

group of people is expecting but the quality of the project is something that is initially decided in
the starting of the project and in context of Sickle Cell addition to Thalassaemia Service Group,
the quality of the project is expected to high and the event company is planning to be the best
event company that perform the music event for the betterment of the society. In order to collect
the funds as the quality is expected to be high in casting crew and the collection from the
photographing catering of the quality food and also emphasis on taking the various consideration
doe to the risk of COVID-19(Rodríguez-Rivero and et. al., 2020).
In order to get the quality in the event the organiser is taking the feedback of their clients
in order to understand the problem easily and get the full control over the large market.
Task 6
Critical analysis of what methodology would be appropriate for the project and why
Project methodology is the set of essential of the guiding principles and the processes for
managing the project, so there is the need of choosing the right product methodology by which
the effective decision can be taken by the project manager. In context of Sickle Cell addition to

Thalassaemia Service Group, they are planing to perform the critical part methodology that will
best suits in as it helps in examine the deadline of the project so that all the task can be
performed within the set time frame. This method save the time of the manager to complete the
various task that is associated with the easy completing of the music events.
CONCLUSION
It s conclude from the above report that, the project has been carried out in which the task
in which the business is using the application and the principles in order to compete the project.
Moreover, the manager of the event also take the major decision and use the various method for
the project. Addition to this, stakeholder analysis also conducted that support in examine the
interest and the power of the individual in the project. There are various factors that is associated
and to eliminate this, the manager have t render the training and development sessions.
