INTRODUCTION
Project management is a process of leading the work of team to attained goal and meet
the success criteria as well. The present study helps to attract the investors for the project and for

resources. For example, this methodology is used by Highway projects in order to ensure that the

best output and to raise fund for Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Care Forum.
CONCLUSION
By summing up above, it has been concluded that the shortest duration required to
complete the project is 70 days and also to organize the music event, PRINCE2 methodology has
been used that helps to meet the defined goals. Also, there are numerous risk associated with the
event which includes, financial, resources, operational etc. Thus, to minimize the same, scholar
should also implement the same in order to meet the defined aim.
