EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
In the following report, there is discussion regarding the project which is associated with
the reconstruction of the classrooms and laboratories alongwith new cafeteria in the university.
There is discussion about the fund and resources required for completing the project. In context
of the present project, there is discussion that there is an event going to take place and because of
this there is need of properly managing the project work and activities. The amount of fund
present with the university is 50000.

project work properly so that there is success within project. The project managers have the
responsibility to conduct the project work properly and achieve the successful projects. The main
objective of work break down structure is to divide the whole project into different small tasks
and activities. This project has a time spam of one month. There are different factors which are
involved in the completion of project. The different tasks involved in this project are mentioned
below -
Marketing- This department is known for plans and procedures associated with
marketing of plan. There is need to have good promotion and advertising of known as the most
essential task which has to be followed for managing promotions of project work in appropriate
manner (Kendrick, 2013). The university is conducting effective marketing strategies for
attracting more number of audience and people.
Financing- This is associated with planning and preparing for the funds and money
needed for completing the project work and activities.
Quality- It is ensured that project is of good quality and al the work is done properly .
This will help to manage the accomplishment of company goals effectively. This is required that
