Stakeholders are key individuals that have interest in the project and that are directly or
indirectly impacted by particular project so project manager needs to effectively communicate
with all of them to keep them happy. So, stakeholder analysis is an process of identified
interested people on the basis of level of participation, interest and influence in the project.
Moreover, it helps manager in determining the way it needs to communicate with each of the
stakeholders for smooth operation of project (Williams, 2017). Therefore, stakeholder analysis of

High interest and high power: These are most important stakeholders of the company or any
project as they have high interest as well as power to take decision for better outcome. For
project of event music, owner, project manager, creditors, government agencies and investors
have high interest and power. Such as project manager will be responsible for planning.
Organising, coordinating and controlling activities so that end objectives can be achieved. So it
has power to take all decision related to project as well as have interest as it wants the project to

be successfully implemented. At the same time, investors and creditors have more power and
interest because they have lend their money in the project with an motivate to get maximum
return in minimum time frame (Aerts, 2020). Government is also categorised in the these
segment as they have power to change any rule any time which can impact project as well they
have interest to ensure that it is beneficial for society. Therefore, project manager has decided to
manage closely all these stakeholder.
High power and low interest: The second category of stakeholder is high interest and low
power that is the customers and community. The people that are living in society or customers of
have high power but low interest Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group. As they
are the one to whom company wants to inform about its operation so that it can enjoy higher
sales and profit margin. Therefore, project manager has decided to satisfied needs of all these
individuals by understanding their wants and preferences (Mok, 2018).
High interest and low power: The segment in which stakeholder can be segregated is high
interest and low power that is employees or Team member that are working for effective
implementation of desired project for better outcome (Riddering and Towns, 2021). These
individuals have high interest but lower power to take any decision related to the project so
project manager needs to keeps them inform about the project. What activities, roles and
responsibilities that they need to performed so that end objectives can be attained.
Low power and low interest: The last category in which stakeholders can be categorised is low
power and low interest such as suppliers and media person. These individuals does’ not have any
interest in the project nor power to take decision so manager continuously monitor their key
activities.
From the above analysis of stakeholder, it can be stated that there are various
communication strategies that would be used by project manager to share information with its
team member. Thereby, the employees can be easily coordinated to work together as a team for
achievement of common goals of project (van Scheijndel and et.al., 2021). Such as:

one individuals to another so that there are minimum chances of confusion and

Quality expectation: from the above analysis, it is expected that the project of music events
should be launch in such a way that helps in generating awareness among maximum number of
individuals living in society. So, that company can get benefits from project.
Acceptance criteria: The acceptance criteria related to the project is that all resources are
optimum utilised and activities are completed in standard time. So that there is no wastage of
resources and time and the events is successfully organised by generating awareness among
people.

Quality specification: The quality of project should be such as that it helps in providing the
sustainable way of raising fund for the Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Care Forum through
organisation of music concert.
Measure to control event: The project manager will make use of information technology to
maintained detail record of each activities, performance of employees in order to areas of
improvements. Thus, on the basis of problem or areas that need to be improved, effective
strategies will be designed by project manager. So, it will continuously evaluate performance of
each team member to take corrective actions.
TASK 6
Appropriate methodology used for completing the project
Prince methodology is an appropriate methodology that would be fruitful in completing
the project as it is widely adapted technique across worldwide by people and different
organisation working in several sectors. Moreover, it is flexible method that helps in guiding the
essential activities pertaining to managing successful project so that end objectives can be
achieved. Prince 2 methodology is process based method that defines the structure of project so
that its team member can be aware of their respective roles and responsibilities within
organisation (Vaníčková, , 2017). In Addition to this the methodology helps in managing and
controlling several stages related to project, helps in controlling resources and associated project
risk for better outcome. Therefore, the project manager should use prince 2 methodology as it is
flexible or change can be made any time that helps in gaining better outcome.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it can be concluded that project has been effectively manage and
coordinated so that desired outcome can be achieved. So, the project manager through making
continuous efforts to monitor activities is able to take corrective action in limited time frame for
better results.
