Scope of the project
This project will impact on the strategies, planning, costing and recover all the
risks for the first big event from Vella IT office Fitouts.

Findings of the Report
 From the overall analysis of the project related on the case study of ProCon Service
Australia.
 It is a project management consultancy which is concern on providing effective
consultancy facilities to the organizations as to implement their projects in effective
manner.

 The allocator represents their own evaluation in regards to the current situation of the
project of Vella IT Office, which is different from the estimated cost and schedule
variance.
 As the original schedule was for completion of the project is around four months
which is commencing on 1 March, and completing on 30 June.

report it has been found that the total investment incurred in the project is $675K.
