The project management refers to the plan which contains all schedule of information of project
research. The researcher develops the plan so that the management of work can be done
effectively and efficiently by assigning work to all the members of team. The project
management will help in delegation of authority so that quality of work can be maintain and cost
can be reduced. The management of resources are don in such a way in respect of scope of
project.
Cost-the cost refers to the total amount required for completion of the research project. The cost
is required for the successful completion. The researcher of the project distributes the amount in
various department according to the requirement. The execution amount will be 2500 pounds as
required in which the 500 pound will be miscellaneous cost. The effective utilization of
