INTRODUCTION
Project management is based on the practice of initiating, controlling, planning, executing
and closing the work of team. In order to achieve the significant goals and objectives. it helps to
meet the specific success criteria within specific time intervals. It is mainly covered the time
quality, budget, scope and time. It is becoming challenge to optimizes the necessary input where
it will generate the accurate output. The report will discuss about the project initiation document
for including all necessary requirement in project execution. Furthermore, it will discuss about
the work break down structure to divide the task by multiple stakeholders within organization.

It is based on the documentation plan that will consist the summary of project and
identify what are different resources, risk within project (Cakmakci, 2019 ).
