Clothing Company, which is situated at Uttoxeters, United Kingdom. They offer wide range of
clothing, decorative and gift items at very attractive as well as affordable price. Now they are
planning to produce new website and intranet which help them in conducting effective internal
communication. Topics included in report are introduction and meaning of project, its
characteristics and role of project manager. Along with this it will also include application of
theoretical framework and evaluation of composition and management of teams in project
environment.
