Introduction
Project management is defined as process that involves applications of skills along with
experience for managing project. Basically, it involves process to lead the team for attainment of
goals and ensure success within peculiar time frame (Bjorvatn and Wald, 2018). In this report,
the project is carried out for Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group who are
planning for organising musical concert for raising funds as well as creating awareness. With
reference to this, network diagram, work breakdown structure and stakeholder analysis will be
illustrated. Furthermore, risk analysis will also be conducted by taking into consideration
different methodologies.
Task 1
Solution
The network diagram above has illustrated probable two critical paths:
1→2→4→9→10→21→22 = 109 days
1→2→4→6→7→20→21→22 =109 days
Therefore, the minimum time that is needed for completion of project is around 109 days.
The duration that is set for completing project is 101 days. The extra cost involved within this is
near about £5,000 × 8 which amounts to £ 45,000 of the project due to additional time period of
8 days that are considered for completion.
