Introduction
This report is creating for the Insurance Company which is situated in the suburban wants to
shift the office to a new place in suburban just because the lease of company’s office has
been expired and the owner of that building refused to renew it. So, as a project manager, my
responsibility is to shift the office at a new place within 2 months of the time period and
under the budget $100,000. The project staff responsible for shifting the office is CIT
(Communications and information technology) Manager and Administration Manager.
In this report first I will display some common types of project charter elements along with
the project prioritization matrix. After that I will discuss about the scope overview, projects
milestone deliverables and schedules, identification of some initial risk in the project,
resources required for the shifting of the office from one place to another place, identification
of the initial stakeholders and principles of the team operating. And at last, I will also discuss
about the lessons which I have learned from my last project will going to contribute to the
current project.
