in the run up to completion of the project.

make effective construction of a house which included basement along with 5 rooms. The project
was effectively executed because by with the use of PRINCE 2 model, the project manager
firstly form a team which provided it effective contribution in running the project. In this team,
each person was responsible for their allotted duties and responsibilities. The individual also
performed their roles in effective manner by exciting their responsibilities. For example, the
project managers were effectively manage the task work and provided required resources on
time. Other people like contractors, lead consultants and architects etc. also were performed their
duties in crucial manner.
