During the project execution some important and crucial role is played from the end of
project manager so that successful execution of the project can be achieved (Hodgson & Paton,
2016). The project managers must be having some important traits so that the whole project can
be executed in a successful manner. By consisting these qualities the project managers will also
become quite effective for the procedures of the project management. In the context of project
management there are some of the important personal traits in which the project managers must
be proficient so that greater efficiency for the projects can be achieved (Henkel, Marion Jr &
Bourdeau, 2019). In this context the project managers needs to have some of the crucial traits
which are great communication skills, positive attitude, organizing capability and honesty. The
below section of this report will be discussing why the above discussed traits are very much
important in this context.
Communication Skills: The skills regarding communication is very much important as project
manager is needs to elaborate different aspects regarding the project (Muller & Turner, 2017). In
elaboration includes deadline of the project and important tasks that need to be executed in the
project. Proper communication is also crucial for updating the status of the project to all of the
project stakeholders. In this aspect the project manager need to have proper communication skills
so that the project can be elaborated successfully. Due to this factor the communication trait is
important in this aspect.
Organization: If a project needs to be successful there are various of aspects which need to be
executed in a proper way by the project manager. Here, the important aspects are the tasks,
deliverables, meetings and approvals. The project manager must be handling and organizing all

Honesty: For creating the trust among the employees honesty is very much important. By the
building the trust among the employees project can be succeeded easily. Due to this project
manager needs to honest and proper trust need to be built among the employees. For this reason
honesty is important so that execution of projects is done in an effective way.
