After completion of the project of improving the supply chain of Fletcher Building
Limited by involving the use of RFID and flash view, it involved various processes and
procedures, especially the team structure helped in achieving all the objectives of Fletcher
Building Limited in effective manner.

CONCLUSION
As per the detailed evaluation of above study, it can be said that overall project can be
managed effectively by using project management tactics. It also assists in meeting standards and
ensures that business activities are being performed properly in significant manner. Also, there is
a huge importance of team members as with their help, the whole processing can go much faster
and smoother as well. As Fletcher Building Limited is focusing on making some improvements
in the Supply Chain Management, they have decided to make involvement of some leading
technologies such as Flash view and Radio frequency. By having improvement in work process,
the supply chain can be advanced in critical manner.
