INTRODUCTION
Project management is mainly a method which helps how to lead the work and also to
manage a proper methods through which goals and objectives can be achieved and proper targets
can be framed out in and constant manner (Bjorvatn, and Wald, 2018). It is mainly a process and
an application to which proper skills, knowledge and the methods can be applied for the specific
areas of work. This report will cover objective of approach and its various key staff and the
budget that is being allocated for the case scenario.

Project initiation document
This is mainly a method through which a proper record can be maintained out in order to
capture all the important relevant information and implementation of a project in the plan can be
framed out through it as it provides out the aims and the plans through which the manner can be
implemented in order to meet the requirements of the project. As for QAHE they tried to manage
the refurbishment and the redevelopment in London for the better seating and teaching space
they can thereby implement out a proper planning in which all the important projects can be
aligned out with an expanded planning and its aims.

better way so as to enhance the success for the project and also to lead out the better manner by
executing, initiating, monitoring and controlling with the close access of all the working
scenarios. As in this case scenario QAHE thereby trying to maintain a proper budget through
which it will help out to maintain an approach in which they can implement out a proper better
teaching space And will also help out to improve the spaces available for all the business
students.
