INTRODUCTION
Project management is mainly a method which helps how to lead the work and also to
manage a proper methods through which goals and objectives can be achieved and proper targets
can be framed out in and constant manner (Bjorvatn, and Wald, 2018). It is mainly a process and
an application to which proper skills, knowledge and the methods can be applied for the specific
areas of work. This report will cover objective of approach and its various key staff and the
budget that is being allocated for the case scenario.
MAIN BODY
Project initiation document
This is mainly a method through which a proper record can be maintained out in order to
capture all the important relevant information and implementation of a project in the plan can be
framed out through it as it provides out the aims and the plans through which the manner can be
implemented in order to meet the requirements of the project. As for QAHE they tried to manage
the refurbishment and the redevelopment in London for the better seating and teaching space
they can thereby implement out a proper planning in which all the important projects can be
aligned out with an expanded planning and its aims.

Timescale
This is a project in order to redevelop all the important areas and the space for the
business students and the timescale required for it is 22 June 2021- 26 August 2021

Key staff required: There will be required approximately 20 staff members to maintain the work
in a proper manner (Sanchez, and et. al., 2019).
Objectives of project
 To make a proper project for the redevelopment of spaces.
 To implicate a proper provisional budget for the project that is being processed for
QAHE (Galli, 2018).
 To manage proper work regarding to die project development and strategy for QAHE.
Approach
It is mainly the implementations of all the stages and the management of the project in a
better way so as to enhance the success for the project and also to lead out the better manner by
executing, initiating, monitoring and controlling with the close access of all the working
scenarios. As in this case scenario QAHE thereby trying to maintain a proper budget through
which it will help out to maintain an approach in which they can implement out a proper better
teaching space And will also help out to improve the spaces available for all the business
students.

through which the delivery of the oriented programs can be maintained in smaller areas and
components. It covers out and organise important teamwork within manageable areas and
sections. As in this case scenario it will help out to analyse all the improvements that are being
needed and the implementation of budget with the technical aspects and the timescale that is
being required for the making of program.
Critical path analysis
CPA is mainly a technique which helps out to manage the project and also to mapping of
all the task that are being needed for completing the project it also to identify all the amount end

of the time that is being necessary and needed for the dependencies of the project as for all this
redevelopment of the teaching area for the business students CPA will be evaluated by
measuring the timescale (Layton and et.al., 2020).

CONCLUSION
It is concluded from the above report that project management helps out to implement the
strategies for the project. Stakeholder analysis helps out to analyse the power and the interest of
the stakeholders. WBS is implementation of structure for the implementation of project
management.
