Project Structure
Structure refers to the hirearchy how the plans and polciies will be conveyed to the entire
project team and who will be the responsible towards whom and report their performance timely
about the percentage of work completed, challenges arisen, cost incurred and other aspects
(Chevrier, 2016).

The project will be conduct under the supervision of Steerling Committee, Director and
Executive Committee. PMO (Project Manager Office) will be the top mangerial authority of the
project who will cerate plans and policies and direct all the functional counterparts and technical
experts. Functional manager under the project includes HR professionals, specialist trainrs,
design engineers and technical experts who will guide and supervise their subordinates. They
will motivate the entire team to work in the best manner and finish the project by set duration.
Work breakdown structure
WBS organizes project work into smaller set of sub-tasks or sub-activities that helps to
divide work into manageable functions. It is a deliverable-oriented hirearchical decomposition
that presents that how work will be executed by the project team (Martinelli and Milosevic,
2016).

Project Description/Problem Statement
LifeScience Service (LSS) is engaged in delivering end-to-end equipment
maintenance facilities to the hospitals. In order to help clients to concentrate on core
functioning on healthcare, it allow non-core activities to be carried out. When contrct is
singed with the hospital, a list of imaging machinery is given by client i.e. 27 mobile X-rays,
6 ultra sound, 2 MRI scanner etc. which are the part of project scope. However, currently,
the main problem is engineer who are called to the client site are unaware about what items
repairing are covered under the contract scope. However, considering emergency, engineers
owed obligations to serve clients. The problem leads to increase cost, time and also loss a
considerable proportion of revenue. Hence, it is decided to audit each client’s premise and
