The scope of the project for developing employment pathways for Sudanese community
in Western Australia are generally listed below:

The issues that are related with the project are generally elaborated below:
Schedule slippage: If the project schedule is not tracked properly then the chances of
project schedule is quite high which further can cause delay within the project.
Insufficient budget: If the budget of the project is not properly managed then the
chances of budget shortfall within the project is quite high.
Insufficient training: It is found that due to insufficient training, the team members who
are involved within the project work are unable to finish the project within the expected budget
and time.

The limits of area of responsibility are generally reflected below:
Specification limits: The project managers are unable to specify the needs as well as
requirements of the project accurately all the time. The specifications are done as per the

Control limits: The disagreement among the project team can create impact on the
control of the project which is not always possible for the project manager that they will avoid
the disagreements between team.
The different types of reporting requirements which are generally required for the entire
work of the project are generally elaborated below:
Project plan: It is one of the essential document that is needed by the project manager in
order to keep the entire project on track.
Business case: The business case is one of the document that helps in reflecting proper
way for proving the reason behind undertaking the project effectively.
Scope management plan: Scope management plan is one of the document that is mainly
produced based on all the requirements documentation plus the project charter so that the entire
project can be effectively completed.
