Apply project management knowledge and skills in the workplace
Learning outcome from last current academic year, It was a really great learning
experience at our university, we learn through our academic session that a project
manager is a bridge between the top managerial persons and the peoples working
within and under the project managers, hence it is essential that a project managers
should own following skill, in order to effectively manage a project and in order to use
the limited resource in best possible ways. (The Digital Project Manager. (2019)
During our academic period we learn and develop our skill in following areas, the
skill gap exit and learning outcomes.
A) Sound and Strong leadership skill, which I have to develop as it is requited
long term to learn and get experience.
B) Ability to communicate two ways, such as form top to bottom and from bottom
to top level of corporation that we had learn throughout our academic years.
C) Skill to formulate a framework to manage the risk in best possible ways, this
things we had learn from
D) Ability to plan a future Couse of action and planning to allocate the authority
and responsibilities among the employees and officer working with them. This
required strategic thinking and we need to develop it. (de Bakker, K.,
Boonstra, A. and Wortmann, H. (2012).
So above stated skill and knowledge are the core requirement while action as a project
manager and while discharge a duties as a responsible person to corporation. we had
gain some professional experience through out our academic year, but still there are
many areas which show the gap between the expected knowledge and experience,
hence we need to focuses our following areas.
A) Gap exit in leadership skill
B) Gap exit in communication skill
C) We need to work for strategic thinking. (Mascia, A. (2014).

Communicate an understanding of the relevant legal and ethical issues related to the
project management profession
The project manager should behave ethically and incorporate the ethical standers in
every transection executed by him/her, More over the project manager should follow
and adopt the provision of all laws of lend, and try to follow the legal requirement
beyond the later of laws and sprites. While reviewing my personal skill and level of
knowledge, I feel that the knowledge of various ethical and legal theory are missing
on me, and I need to undertake more training and gain more experience in the areas of
ethical and legal aspects as if applicable to any project or body corporate, (Linsner, R.
(2012).
During our academic term, we learn the importance and contribution of team work
and coloration. After the experience of working in team, I can understand
importance of team work and communication among the team members.
Strength and weakness of in skill and knowledge
The practice experience at work place had teach us that managing the project and
working in team with other peoples will place you one step ahead from the current
position. Further working and managing aspects are critical aspects for continues
growth and self-developments, but the negative things to work in groups that your
own decision and or your personal option may club in the groups decision and you
may not be in position to be a subject expert.
