QA Higher education with context of refurbishment of teaching rooms and computer labs in its
premises for ensuring staff and students to gain expertise and skills.

money allocated for particular project to use. This helps in controlling cost of project
within approved budget along with delivering goals of expected projects (Jamil and
Carvalho, 2019). It is referred as key to bring business projects on particular time and
budget. With context to this case, this project will be launch in approximate budget of
