Role of project manager in successful implementation of project
The role of the project manager can be specified to one of the important factor which can
be included into the working of the different process of project management. The project
manager is entitled to the setting of aim of the project and the goal of the project. The
organization that is taken into consideration is the Asbfeo. The project manager in the
organization directly takes into consideration the different activity of the organization. The
formation of the goal of the project is set by the project manager. The successful implementation
of the project mainly involves the setting up of the goal which is related to the project which is in
the execution process. The setting up of the goal is mainly taken into consideration by the project
manager and under him a team usually works which have a framework and the mentality of
reaching a level of success (Mossalam and Arafa 2016). The main goal of the organization
should be focused in the delivery standard of the project and how the project team would be
reaching the level of success.
The project manages in the organization use different types of tools in order to implement
the project successfully. In majority of the cases it can be stated that two factor mainly depict the
success factor of the project. The main tool which is used by the project manager is the project
breakdown structure (Martinelli and Milosevic 2016). The project breakdown structure breaks
the project into different sections according to which the project would be executing. This helps
the team to work effectively in different section of the working so that there is no issue seen in
the sector of the working and each of the task are done in a proper manner. It directly takes into
consideration the budget and the time which is involved into the working of each of the task and
how each of the task would be evaluated and implemented. Hence the concept would be making
the task of the project manager less hectic due to the automation aspect involved into the

working (Kerzner and Kerzner 2017). This also helps the project to maintain a desired standard
of operation and execution keeping in mind the time framework which is involved into the
concept.
Project manager can be considered as a vital member in project execution and successful
implementation of the project and the reaching of the project. The role of the project manager
starts from the requirement gathering process and ends at the stage of delivery of the project or
the handover of the project. hence reaching to the desired level of success factor overall depends
on the project manager role and responsibility (Meng and Boyd 2017). The project manager as
seen in the organization should be experienced and the working of the overall organization is set
by project manager. The experienced relating to the project manager is gathered by experience
and the time which is dedicated into the working of the different projects.
