We will check all tasks to make sure all of them are done or not
We set with the financial team to finish up all the financial section
including salaries and expenses
Administrative closure:
The variance is: 55,900
This variance caused by many things some of them are:
The damage in the electricity machine that cost us a lot and also the
change in the currency which was a big problem because the price
of equipment was not stable
We will close everything with the customer, supplier, and labor:
• Customer: we will perform him with all invoices. Also
providing him a document that contains all details of the
project. Then signing off the contract that make
everything clear with customer to avoid any excuses given
from him in future
• Supplier: paying him all required payments of all
purchases material
• Labor: pay them all salaries based on their performance.
Giving them as certification of experience that prove they
worked with us. Then making party with them
Financial completion
• Incentive are completed
• Decimations are completed
• All payments are done including or salaries
Performance closure as we saw in the project we have
completed it with high performance from all teams and we
accomplished the goals with the satisfaction of the
