Project management is one of the most important aspect of any project that is being developed. A
proper management of a project is very necessary in order to develop the project successfully.
The project management basically includes the monitoring and designing of all the processes that
would be in the project. In the report that has been created below, various aspects of project
management would be discussed. In the course of this report a learner would be earning about
various components of project management such as Gantt chart, Work Breakdown structure,
Procurement Plan, Communication Plan, Risk Analysis etc. that would be made for a project of
an organization for running a server over 20 personal computers of the client.

Project Scope Description
The organization aims to create a server and then run it to the network to 20 Personal
Computer of the client who has assigned the whole project. All the personal computers are
also required to be installed with the operating system of Window 10 and the whole
configuration of the server needs to be tested properly
Project Deliverables
 Collecting all the information and resources that might be required for the
implementation of the server
 Installing the server to all the 20 computers
 Configuring all the computers with window 10
 Installing client project software
 Testing all the 20 computers
 Testing the server after the implementation
 Training the clients regarding the server
Project Acceptance Criteria
 Successfully Installed the server on all the PCs
 Successfully installed windows 10 in all the PCs
 Successfully tested the systems for the setup
 Successfully tested the sever after it has been implemented
 Successfully trained the client for using the server
 Deployed the server successfully
Project Exclusions
 The project excludes the maintenance of the of the server
 The project also excludes the creation of the network of the systems
 The whole project excludes the recovery of the data while the installation of Windows
10 in the systems

Procurement Plan
1. Planning the management of the Procurement
There are various external requirements that could be needed in order to complete the
given project. To start with, the projects would be needing to download the client
software to which the server that has been created would be installed, hardware
requirements such as wires and modems that would be required for the proper networking
over the server are also in the list of the external resources along with the switches and
hubs which would be needed in order to create a bridge between the system and the
network..
2. Conducting the Procurement
As per the requirement of the project that has to be developed, these resources that are
needed are purchased or collected from the resources seller that is chosen on the basis of
the quality, requirement and h the cost of the resources.
3. Controlling the Procurement
After the person or the organization from whom or which the resources are to be bought,
the paper work is to be started and contracts and agreement are made in order to make
sure that the resources that were chosen were delivered to the organization on time and
that too on a particular date and time.
4. Close Procurement
After the delivery has been done to the organization it must be made sure that the
delivery that has been sent is the same as mentioned to the seller and the whole
procurement process is closed in a proper manner.
