From the business perspectives, due to lack of managerial components, Sorensen Group
is failing to place further improvement in their performance and also in innovation. The
identified issues facing by Sorensen Group are as follows:
Improper time management: In case of commercial releases, it fails to manage the time.
Improper cost management: For innovation and building internal abilities it fails to
estimate make proper cost management.
