In order to accomplish the project as per the planning schedule, the project team will take approximately 11 weeks to complete the capstone project.
The total budget estimated for the project is $50,000. It is expected that, the human resources allocated as part of the project team will definitely
accomplish the activities on time and budget. The comments give by the professors were considered and after that the project timeline is prepared
along with the activity schedule.

Planned accomplishments for the coming two weeks:
In this coming two weeks as per the project planning the load balance will be properly calculated before the installation of the generator. The
equipments and material are the essential components to be supplied by the vendors. Therefore, logistic management plan will be developed.
After that project team will be formed followed by the HR management norms and regulations.
The responsibilities will also be clearly distributed among the project team members. As soon as their responsibilities will be clearly distributed the
team members will come to know that within which specific time phase they need to accomplish individual activities. The feedback will be considered
after completion of each project development stage. Technical workshop and training classes will be attended by all the resources to make sure that
project objectives are met successfully.

PROJECT NOTES:
The generator load calculation should be done properly. Apart from that, accurate logistic plan and IHR management plan should be developed
accurately. In order to implement any project management prcatices play very essential role. In order to accomplish any project within time and
budget it is very important to develop a schedule plan and a feasibility study. Apart from that, resource management, HR management, scope, risk
and quality management are the other knowledge areas that have to be accomplished individually to meet the project objectives and aims.
