There are several skills, which an IT professional should possess in the field of
Information Technology within Hotel Communications Ltd, a number of their skills and
competencies have been enlisted here down below:
Technological Knowledge - An IT professional should have an updated knowledge of
security devices and software such as Oracle, KU VPN, ArcGIS, Autodesk, Maple,
ERDAS Imagine, ChemOffice Ultra and others (Kunapuli and Pentareddy, 2016). All

staff within a period. Management of Risks – Through management is done through four processes
identification of risk, assessment of risk, risk control, review of risk. Through
these four processes, the risks are known and dealt with.
Information exchange - There must be devices and channels of communication created
through which information can be exchanged amongst the employees (Mason, 2017). For
this purposes telephones, communication applications, and other facilities must be made
available so that there is easily access to exchange crucial information exchange.
Resource management - Resources of the enterprise must be maximized through more
financial investment so that there are more systems with the organisation. Old products
