common each team wants to give priority of their viewpoints to deal with task that causes
conflict issues takes place. Other is language barrier that also one of the main reasons which
does allow each other to work on the common project. There are various conflict

Answer:
Right way: if Igor is bullied by other team members due to his sex orientation then to
deal with issue, I would prefer to go by legal laws such as anti-bullying policy. On the
behalf of policy, I would take this complaint in grievance and conducts senor team
authority to take right action on such situation so that every team member learns
that to bull someone is counted in crime. So, I would drop email to whole team
members about bullying complain and calls up those team members who bullied Igor
and personally ask them for such unethical behaviour and asks them to say sorry to
Igor and never commit such crime. Thus, I would assure Igor that no employee would
bully him in future within company.
Wrong way: Another way is that Igor complaint me that he feels bullying, then I
would make him understand that he just feels otherwise there is nothing like that
and I would not give more response and avoid his complaint or issue. It is wrong way
that could lead big incident within company like it could possible Igor could leave
office then automatically project would not achieve that success which could be
achieved by Igor.

regrading project. For example, legal officer is superior authority who is highly responsible
to formulate rules or policies for the project so that whole project team follows while
