of the project. The project leader or project manager plays the role. The project manager

project manager looks that the project meets the time and resources that are specified for the
project. Quality is also an essential factor for successful completion of the project. The main
aim of project management is to meet the need of the clients (Schwalbe, 2015).
There are primary and secondary constraints to the completion of a project. The primary
limitations include scope, time, quality and budget and the secondary constraints provides for
the allocation of the inputs for the project according to the need of the clients. The main aim
of a project is to meet all the criteria within the provided time constraint and resources
(Fleming & Koppelman, 2016). The success of a project depends on four factors that are the
plan, process, people and power. The activities that are included in a project are phased,
iteration, leaned and incremental that will help in the successful completion of the project.

proper execution of the project. Several approaches are made during the project life cycle that
