Aim of the project
Australian Institute of Project Management was the national body which represents the welfares
of the Project Management like a professional with across all disciplines and the sectors. The
main aim to develop this project is to keep the focus on the maintenance of the reputation of the
project management profession. It will provide usefully or basic information to the members of
the organization. It also runs the various courses of training and also upholds the industry
recognized as accreditation standards (Ingason, 2015).
With the help of this project, it was having the easy or the better interface by which they can
develop the interface between the software application and the databases. In the management of
the project, the managers and the employees of the organization has the main or major role to
play. With the help of Microsoft Access, this project will have used to store data or information
in the précised location.

Proposed Methodology
To develop the project, the methodology was used as Agile that is the part of the software
development life cycle (SDLC). In this methodology, it consists of many stages where first data
was being identified, then data will be gathering, the developers will plan for the project that how
should it been developed with the use of complete gathered requirements. After that, the
developed project will be implemented and then tested for fixing bugs or errors. Then, at last, the
documentation will be done and project forwarded to the client (Patwardhan, et al., 2016).

Above given figure 1, it shows the complete process of Agile methodology. It consists of many
stages, such as:
- Planning: Users will plan for the project that what to be implemented.
- Gathering Requirements: Requirements were gathered for making a successful project.
- Designing: With the help of gathered requirements or the resources, the design will be
made.

Software used for the evaluation
This project was designed for managing the process or the working of the organization named as
Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM). There was much software that will be used
for developing the better project, these were:
- Java EE: It is the platform of Java by which data or the information will be collected as
API of Java. It was owned by the Oracle. Software developers will use this to write the
server-side application. It is also is known as J2EE as Enterprise Edition.
- SQLite: It is the RDBMS system that includes the library of C Programming. SQLite was
not a database engine of client-server. It is mainly used for making the database of the
application or the website where data can be stored, inserted or deleted from the file
location.
- JavaScript: It was mainly used to develop different types of web applications.

be used for better development. It will be having the connectivity with the database that can store
multiple kinds of data or the information and also analyze the complete information.
