1. Introduction
The paper reflects on repairing Western Australian tanks by a large multinational
organization. The project that was undertaken faces number of issues and problems and
therefore the project gets delayed by 10 days. At that time, the project required to be online
for getting the aviation fuel from the shipments that is rescheduled. It is expected that the
project will not be completed within the deadline and as a result the organization have to pay
penalties for not receiving the fuel.
2. Problem statement
The main problem that is faced by the organization is that they are unable to finish the
work of the project within the time and as a result they face lot of difficulties in receiving the
fuel from the shipments that is rescheduled.
3. Identification of solution
The issues that occur within the project can be mitigated by adopting strategies that
are listed below:
Risk management: Proper risk management strategies should be used for resolving
the problems and challenges which are related with the project (Binder, 2016).
Collaboration and motivation: The employees must be motivated for working hard
so that proper collaboration is developed among them and they work hard for accomplishing
the project goals (Mir & Pinnington, 2014).
Communication: Communication properly with the employees of the organizations
is very much helpful in managing the problems that are linked with the project work.

project gets completed within the budget that is approved.
Enhancing availability: If the problems that are related with the tank repair gets
resolved then the entire project gets completed within the time and budget that is provided
which further helps in increasing the tank availability (Kerzner, 2017).

It is found that repairing of the tank can only be achieved if the problems that are
