The scope “My School” project is to develop and setup IT based network infrastructure in
around 50 school laboratories in Sydney region. According to the project requirement TechiTak
Pty Ltd, will setup single computer lab for each of the school to offer advanced IT network
solution to the students and working employees of the school. The laboratories will be mainly
constructed for the students during the computer, mathematics and science course works. It will
help them all to keep undated regarding school events and different related news feeds as well.

Group activity Report
In order to complete the project within anticipated budget and time of respectively
$50,000 and 2 months, not only the project lead but also the project group associates including
stakeholders are needed to play important roles to avoid potential challenges and risks.
The group of 4 people will conduct the project and the respective roles those will be
played by each team member’s are- project manager, network engineer, system designer and

finance manager. While developing this project, project lead and the other associates are needed
to follow PMBOK guidelines throughout and the project has to be completed followed by five
project development phases of project initiation, planning, execution, testing and closure.
The team members 1 will design the project initiation phase and project closure phase.
The second team member will conduct a feasibility analysis to ensure the success of the network
setup and customer satisfaction. The third group member will setup the network infrastructure
and will test the final setup before its final launch for the 50 school authorities.
