Introduction
Project management is the process or functioning in which
leader lead their team in order to achieve the goal of the
projects and objectives of the firm. It involves planning
and organizing process of the organization's resources to
perform the specific given task. Project management helps
an organisation to run its business operations and
functioning smoothly (Tereso and et.al., 2019).

There are different types and forms of methodologies present for
the project management department to help in performing or to
carry out the project. The project manager holds up the
responsibility to carry out and to identify the best suitable strategies
that will help in performing the project or to carry out the project in
best the appropriate manner and pattern.
Traditional approach: This is oldest approach used to carry out or
to perform the project in project management. It focuses on
performing the work on effective and efficient pattern and
delivering it or completing that work on a given time (Larsson and
Larsson, 2020).
Waterfall Approach: As it is showing in its name this approach
includes all the stages in the sequence of waterfall. The stages of
this approach can be performed one by one to complete the given
project. .
Agile Approach: It is the most flexible theoretical approach of
project management used to complete a project of the firm. The
operation are prepared in a proper sequence but an i9ndividual or a
member of the team can start the next operation without performing
or completing the previous activity if it is providing benefit to the
project (Aanbari and Kwak, 2018)..
