Introduction
The present illustrates how lessons can be
learnt during project initiation. These are
created for current projects and identify
developments of project managements. This
ahs been useful to know how the failures has
been making the projects successful.

 Here, the lessons that
are learnt are done at
various times. This is
because there are
critical areas and
complicacies in that
project.
 The primary times of
the ultimate stages of
projects are the actual
scenarios that are
been learnt here.
 This has been
occurring at the prior
phases that has been
no longer the part of
the project in the latter
stages.
 Further, the most
effective time is to
begin lessons that are
been learnt as the
meeting of the current
project kick-off
continues to go.
The different lessons
learnt are the current
efforts that has been
going across the project.
This is the mindset that
is encouraged strongly
by the project managers
from the beginning
phase.

Conclusion
Here, the present situation has been useful to
know what the primary lessons learnt and missed
out. This is done till the ending phase of the
project. As the time is elapsed, the team of the
project has been forgetting different elements
learnt who has assigned to that present project.
