INTRODUCTION
Project management is considered as a major approach which develop an effective
approach in order to manage and complete a project (Bergmann, and Karwowski, 2018). It is
also one of the key role of a project leader to manage project with the help of strategic and
planning framework for the achievement of desired results. It is major role and responsibility of a
project leader to cover all major dimensions of a project development in order to develop best
business practices. In this report project management related to Transport for London is taken
into consideration for the development of green and safe transportation management. The project
includes celebration of 40th anniversary of G&S society in order to unveil strategic direction for
TFL The project management related to Transport for London project will invite playwright
William Gilbert and the famous composer Arthur Sullivan. In this report, there is a brief analysis
of methodology related to a project along with development of network diagram. In this report
Gantt chart is also developed in order to develop timeline for the project.
Project management is considered as a major approach which develop an effective

Justification of the project and critical analysis of methodology that would be appropriate for the
project as well as reason
The project named Transport for London is a major activity which will be developed as
the celebration of 40th G&S society's anniversary. In this project creating development of Land
along Bollo Lance for around 800 new homes in action.
In the development of a project, project methodology is considered as major guidelines
and methods in order to finish and develop a project. In the project of Transportation of London,
the methodology which is selected by project leader is scrum methodology which will help in
completing the project in a precise manner (Carvalho, and Rabechini Jr, 2017). With the
application of scrum methodology, The Transport for London project will be able to encourage
participation of stakeholders. This approach will be also beneficial in increasing transparency for
ensuring project management in a systematic manner. The main benefits of applying scrum
methodology is increase in customer satisfaction, developing team spirit and well defined project
exposure. In the recent times, scrum methodology also helps a project to provide well managed
scope and it will require team members who are experienced.

The network diagram is a major graphical approach which helps a project to develop
essential elements. The network diagram also helps a project by developing different parts of
project and their relationship with each other (Harrison, and Lock, 2017). The Transportation for
London will take the help and assistance of network diagram in order to complete the project on
timeline. Also network diagram helps in developing sequence for a project in order to lead the
