INTRODUCTION
Project management is mainly ideas, skills, methodology and knowledge which is
being used in order to drive the value of people. It manages all the task for the business
practises, it also carries out different teamwork which are being required and accomplished
on and targeted time period. This mainly considers to have business handling and
implementation of planning with proper resources along with the specification of task. This
also manage explicit cycle through which the execution and the standard through which the
starting of different Association and the changes are being carried out. In this task there will
be endeavour regarding the specific changes in the delivering result. It involves improvement
in different programmes with utilisation of developing process for business practises,
development of buildings and many more. In order to expand a company or organisation
there is being seen that it is important to manage a venture by endeavour and their breaking
down climate and new elements (Zhong, and et. al., 2018). In this report there will be a case
on transport for London which will provide lands along with Bollo Lane in order to make
access of 800 new homes made in real life. This will also imply TFL which will be a
subsidised G&S society. In this report there will be network chat, inception will be covered,
investigation of partner, WBS and various efficiency improvement undertaken.
TASK 1
Methodologies
In this project there will be determined working of 800 homes with TFL which will
help out to improve the tasks and activities in business. In this the task line will require to
provide a coordination and the cycle of archives through with General exercises and
accomplishment of objectives of business can be achieved. Their main role is to make homes
and also to frame and organise structure so as to help in increasing the brand image. Task
management will help out to provide a system through which programming can be connected
and it will help out for further development and its increased efficiency. Some of the
measures and procedures which are being used by TFL are as follows:
 Scrum: This involves in a project which are being relation to all the improvement of
tasks that are being used for developing a software and also to manage the value of
customers in order to present the project (Wang, and et. al., 2020). On the other
words this is generally can be said that scrum can be used for collaborating different
tasks and also for managing the task which are being developed after group and

assigned tasks. This is mainly considered to have three important principles that based
on inspection, reliability and adoption through which the coordination can be
managed in a project. It also involved improvement process and also inputs through
which results can be updated. TFL helps out to achieve the performance and also to
enhance their company image.
 Waterfall: It is generally a determination of different tasks which are being used for
like assembling, designing and developing in order to complete the project. This
model in TFL helps how to manage and incorporate the planning which is being
carried out with the face of necessity and support. It is generally the development of
homes through which the items can be analysed, here execution stage can be implied
with the designs and the agreement that are being made. This mainly involves natural
products and substance which are being analysed and checked by TFL. It also used to
foster efficiencies and association in order to benefit TFL (Boyle, 2017).
Task 2
Building network chart
This is generally graphical representation which will help out to provide series of
collaboration which will attach arrows and boxes. This helps how to provide an inter-relation
between all the several tasks that are being required in indulging the performance. This is an
important source through which the person can easily monitor and access all the assignment
and the relation of plan by bringing the network diagram and also by managing different
documentation. In this diagram there will be a derivation of representations where arrows will
provide the activities in relations. Notes and cables will implement the clarification activity
regarding to the transport to London this helps how to initiate and manage the assignment
through which a group chat can be defined.

It helps out to manage an important role by providing activities which helps out to
provide clarification in the brief and also to accomplish the time period which is being
specified. According to the further analysis the time duration which is being required will be
approximately more than one week in order to complete the target and TFL the time limit
which can be analysed is 1,2,4,9,10,21 and 22. This is made for 116 days.
Task 3
Stakeholder Analysis
It is an important technique which helps out to provide a proper understanding for the
project managers regarding to the delivering and the management of task. This is a procedure
which helps out to evaluate and collect the data through which all the performance of project
can be managed in a quantitative manner and also helps to enhance the performance of
company. TFL helps out to analyse stakeholder through which all the high power and interest
can be perceived. As in for the company this is being mentioned there under:
 High-power high interest: For TFL all the Townhall committee, government project
sponsors are being covered under this as they help out in managing the functions and
also in implementing the regulations and rules. It provides the communication
strategy with General reports for process(Merkle, Moers, and Lienkamp, 2020).
 High power and low interest: All the organisers and participants are being covered
under this as TFL implies necessary changes and areas through which fix
renumeration is being considered.
 Low power and High interest: This involve the investors and all the residents of
Luton which are being necessary for TFL. Investors used to manage all the investment
for construction and a general Luton residents manage the hospital building and their
construction areas.
 Low power low interest: All the customers and the workers are being categorised in
this as they generally focus on the needs and the requirements. TFL thereby lose
potential customers while not satisfying their requirements.
Task 4
Work breakdown Structure
WPS helps out to manage the components which are being deliverable in the project
and it helps out to break down all such components in a smaller segment. This is
organised team through which the sections are being managed, it involves product, data,
Service. WBS focus on cost estimation and also on the control through which a guidance

and offering can be scheduled for different control and development. Individuals can
manage effective performance through different activities. They can organise chart by
managing and scheduling different planning for the project. TFL project managers WBS
can be mentioned here under.
Organisation structure
This mainly provides the hierarchy and the different peoples who are being under
authority for completing the project. Three important organisational structure which are
being required is functional, metrics and projected. This used to provide different
responsibilities, rules of individuals regarding the structure and also execute the
coordination between the staff. It had sought to manage the project division and also
effective coordination which can be taken vertically and also follow the hybrid of
functional organisational chart (Grünig, and Kühn, 2018).
