INTRODUCTION
Project management can be defined as a combination of multiple activities that are
helpful in order to manage a successful project. This is considered as a method as well as a
process which is needed to complete the pre-defined objectives and the goals. The concept of

practices which are necessary to manage the project. This is significant for a project manager to

project activities. This report is based on Transport for London in which the main motive is to
develop 800 new homes and an event. It also includes network diagram which is developed
manually as well as Stakeholder's analysis in order to complete the project in a successful
manner. Moreover, Work Breakdown Structure is also going to be discussed in this report along
with the organisational structure in context to the event. This report also includes the risk
analysis and the project methodology which is suitable in order to evaluate the project.

Methodologies
This project is based on Transport for London that develops some land with Bollo Lane
in order to create over 800 new homes in action. The objective is to undertake a project to create
safe, greener streets and improve whole bus network throughout London. TFL participates in
organised event for anniversary funding of G&S society. In project management, there are
different methodologies to improve productivity and these are:
 Agile: It is software development methodologies that centres idea of iterative
development in which solutions and necessities develop by collaboration among cross-
functional and self-organising teams. Such method foster discipline project management
process to encourage inspection as adaption leadership philosophy to enhance team work.
In relation to TFL, waste is declined by vendors through concentrating on development
efforts on great value features. Team members enjoy development work as their
performance is valued. There is consistent improvement and stakeholder collaboration at
each stage.

 Waterfall: This is a linear process that includes breakdown into a sequence of tasks and
requires phases that are accomplished in sequence as well as have formal exit approach.
In context to TFL, this methodology facilitates in accomplishing early project necessities
and enable team to define scope of overall project, generate complete schedules and
designing entire application. Optimum utilisation of resources is there because of splitting
