INTRODUCTION
Project management is a implicating process which helps out to frame methodology,

required time period. It also involves handling of different types of business and also the
planning of different allocated resources. It manages different cycles and also exploiting of
standards through which the associations and the required changes can be implemented. It in
walls delivering of different propaganda is through which the improvement regarding the
utilisation and various programmes for the development of effective organisation can be
managed. It provides the development of buildings and their functions. For the expansion of
organisations and companies it is important to have a proper venture through which the break
down climate and their essential elements can be covered (Kuznetsov, and et. al., 2019). In
this report a case about the transport for London will be covered which will provide the lands
of Bollo Lane where the access of 800 new homes will be made in real life. Further it will
also cover the implication of TFL and their managed subsidies of G&S Society. It will also
provide the inception, network chart, investigation partners, WBS and other improvements
that are being needed in it
TASK 1
Methodologies
Through this project there will be a determination about 800 homes in TFL will be
covered as it focuses on improving their business activities and required task. There are for
the task lane which will cover the coordination and also the archives and their management

on effective program and also an enhancement of company’s image.

It is an important graphical representation which manages a proper series and

diagram in the effective documentation and management can be implied so as to provide a
