INTRODUCTION
Project management is a implicating process which helps out to frame methodology,
ideas, knowledge and skills through which the value of people can be tried in a proper
manner. This frames and provides a proper business functions and practice and also manage
the effective teamwork through which the accomplishment of targets can be achieved on a
required time period. It also involves handling of different types of business and also the
planning of different allocated resources. It manages different cycles and also exploiting of
standards through which the associations and the required changes can be implemented. It in
walls delivering of different propaganda is through which the improvement regarding the
utilisation and various programmes for the development of effective organisation can be
managed. It provides the development of buildings and their functions. For the expansion of
organisations and companies it is important to have a proper venture through which the break
down climate and their essential elements can be covered (Kuznetsov, and et. al., 2019). In
this report a case about the transport for London will be covered which will provide the lands
of Bollo Lane where the access of 800 new homes will be made in real life. Further it will
also cover the implication of TFL and their managed subsidies of G&S Society. It will also
provide the inception, network chart, investigation partners, WBS and other improvements
that are being needed in it
TASK 1
Methodologies
Through this project there will be a determination about 800 homes in TFL will be
covered as it focuses on improving their business activities and required task. There are for
the task lane which will cover the coordination and also the archives and their management
for cycles in accomplishment of objectives and agenda exercises (Jarvis, 2017). Some
important roles in homemaking and framing like organising structures through which the
brand image can be increased. Some of the major task management in the system are like
programmes which will further connect different kind of development and also enhance the
efficiency through which the management of business can be implemented. Some of the
important procedures and measures needed in TFL are like:
 Waterfall: This provides a determination of various task which implies the use of
designing, assembling and developing some of the important methods for the

completion of project. This promotes TFL through which the incorporation and
effective management and planning can be implemented out. This requires the
development of further homes and also the general items through which the execution
stage and designing with further agreements can be implied. If promotes and provides
a natural product with the natural substances in order to manage the work in TFL and
also to foster Association and efficiency is to have major production and benefits in
TFL.
 Scrum: Through this the project used to provide a proper relation in order to
improvise their working task and also develop the software in order to connect with
the customers and also to manage project efficiently (Riantini, and et. al., 2017). It
can also be said as this is mainly the scrum which helps out in managing the
collaboration and assessment of different task and also in managing the assigned
group areas. It usually works on the important basic principles which are reliability,
inspection and adoption through which it focuses on coordination and also in
managing the project work. It also manages the proper inputs and results. TFL focus
on effective program and also an enhancement of company’s image.
TASK 2
Building network chart
It is an important graphical representation which manages a proper series and
collaboration with the boxes and arrows attached in it. This manages the inter-relations
through which the assignment of task and their performance can be indulged in different
segments. It focuses on all the sources through which the monitoring and the proper network
diagram in the effective documentation and management can be implied so as to provide a
proper assignment and the relationship in the plans. Through this diagram there will be
provided a proper derivation and also the representation about the arrows and their general
activities. Cables and notes will provide a clarification regarding the transport to London and
the implementation with initiative projects and assignments and a group chat that are being
aligned.

Above chart determine effective grid network
This focus on managing the important role through which the activities can be
performed in better manner and also to provide a clarification in order to accomplish the
proper brief and the time management which is being specified accordingly (Yin, Zhang, and
Liu, 2019). It will also provide a proper time duration in which an assignment of one we can
be completed in TFL and the position of time limit can be analysed for like 1,2,4,9,10,21 and
22. It is made for 116 days.

TASK 3
Stakeholder analysis
This is a proposed technique through which all the understanding in relation to the
project managers and the delivery of the different management and task can be assigned. This
implies to provide a proper collection and evaluation of data and also the methods in which
the project can perform their proper work in quantitative and qualitative manner. TfL can
enhance the performance by analysing their stakeholders and also by implicating high power
and interest in the perceived areas. As in context to company this is being given as follows:
 High power High interest: TFL involves all the government project sponsors,
Towner committee under this analysis which covered the maximum power has they
used to let out all the important functions and the management by providing the
decision making and also by regulating the rules and regulations in it. It focuses on
communication strategy and also on the process which are being made for general
reports.

TFL as they focus on providing the important changes and the fixation of
renumeration which is being required (Domegan, and et. al., 2020).
 Low power High interest: All the residents of Luton and also the investors are
covered under this as they’re important for TFL. The investment is been made by the
investors for proper construction in Luton residents used to inbox the hospital
building and also the construction sites.

TASK 4
Work breakdown structure
WBS is an important component which helps out to manage the deliverable projects
and also to provide a proper breakdown of structure and the components in different small
segments. It helps in organising the teams and all the sections in the project through which
the data, service, products can be aligned in a sufficient manner. WBS focus on estimation of
cost value and also the guidance through which the offers for the control and development
can be scheduled. All the individuals can effectively manage different kinds of activities and
also organise the scheduling and planning of project through WBS. TFL can find a project
manager and use this work breakdown structure as mentioned under:

Organisation structure
It is mainly the structure which helps out to provide the proper completion of task and project
where is systematic manner. This provides the hierarchy in which all the various individuals
and people are involved (Zheng-gang, and Jing-ni, 2019). The major organisational structures
are matrix, functional and projected. All the rules, roles and responsibilities of the working
