TOSIG’s business. They are struggling to maintain the business operations. Thus it is utmost
necessary for TOSIG to manage the agents. They are required to manage the agents. For this
reason, they decide to upgrade their existing information system. The adaptation of new
customer relationship management system will bring significant changes to the company. The
information system will be integrated to the cloud. They can be able to manage the business
of the issues associated with the updated customer relationship management system. TOSIG
agents can use the software only after performing the feasibility study.
Constraints
The Business Analyst has been appointed to perform the feasibility study. The project
manager is in charge to prepare the project charter. The project deliverables will be set up in
accordance to the feasibility report prepared by the business analyst. The stakeholders of the
project will be assigned according to the desired needs of the project. Specific deadline and
budget has been fixed for each project deliverables. They need to follow the plan accordingly
and will have to accomplish the project objectives.
