INTRODUCTION
In this competitive world there is a huge competition in between various companies to be
on top and they are taking various step to get stable at such position. It is quite tough for business
to maintain themselves on the higher level and for such they are bringing many new things in
their working criteria so that they can earn higher profit (Cusworth and Franks, 2013). Therefore,
there are various approaches and planning which has to be taken care in right prospect so that
firm can bring a effective decision and strategy to fight with competition in market and can earn
higher productivity as well. The report is based on TSK bearings limited, which is automotive
industry and starting doing trading in year around 1980. Hence, the assignment is going to
discuss about scope management and Gantt chart, and changes in management plan what
measure would be taken to complete the task on time.

1. Various type of project and their reason.
It help to make the things in right prospect so that chances of getting success can be
achieved. Although various project which is being opted by the company are as follows:
Construction project: Therefore, it is a responsibility of manager to determine the
project and the place where they can construct and target the person in right contrast. project

workforce is required who can work in right manner. There are various places in company which

complex project can be understood and appropriate can be done in company. For the effective
evaluation of work it is required to divide the work into various department so that work can be
completed on time and in appropriate frame as well. Although the Gantt chart helped the
company to make a evaluation of date and time schedule all such properly so that time allotment
for every work can be measured. Those task which is taking more time to get completed needs to
be taken special care for such work and needed to create effective and efficient policy and
procedure so that most time taken task can take minimum time frame to get completed (Lin and
Chen, 2012). Moreover, critical path is that which will help company to know which one is

as well as external recruitment. This firm is fond of implementing new technologies for
achieving better results for different kind of projects as in year of March, 2018 for meeting with
customer expectations and fulfil their desires to provide better service. It help to make the things
in right prospect so that chances of getting success can be achieved. Although various project
which is being opted by the company are as follows:

Training: It is necessary task to conduct for helping people grow and develop their skills
and capabilities through education and on-job learning. It provides an opportunity for growth of
employees as well as organisation. It makes employee career and personal development as

have regular training and learning programmes to manage manpower in a better way. Although
through training and development program people and employee learn new skill, knowledge and
