The professionalism of the project
management is the core responsibility for any
specific project manager. Project
management professionalism is extremely
important for this course. I got the knowledge
about the concept of project management
properly and effectively (Kerzner & Kerzner,
2017).
According to Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017, the
professionalism of project management is
important and I got the knowledge properly.
Since this was the first week of our course, I
was extra cautious about our learning
outcomes. I got relevant knowledge
regarding project management
professionalism. The book by the author,
Kerzner & Kerzner, 2017, I was able to
remove my doubts and become successful
in mitigating all the problems (Kerzner &

select our methodology. With the help of these methodologies of project management, the project manager is able to complete his or her work properly
and perfectly. The entire completion of these projects is highly dependent on the project methodologies.

This week’ s specific learning majorly involves

This portfolio has subsequently helped me to understand the various factors of project success and failure and how project management could be utilized
by the project managers for making it successful. There were various learning outcomes in this particular project and I was able to learn and acquire
knowledge from all of them. Due to the presence of proper lectures and relevant tutorials, I was able to get access of all of these effective immediately,
without any much hassle. Moreover, the various success factors of the project were checked in this scenario. I got understood the structured process for
managing the various factors of project. This portfolio also helped me in understanding the various roles of a good project manager.
