Project Management Plan is the formal document which defines, prepare, integrate and
coordinate various planning activities. It defines how the project is executed, monitored and
controlled. In order to execute project properly activities should be properly divided according to
Work Break Down structure (Allen and Turner, 2014). Activities under WBS are properly
divided into manageable form and provides the necessary framework for cost and time estimate.
This report discusses the project of deploying a new VoIP Phone system to the Oracle. It is a
multinational computer technology corporation, headquartered in California, (US). This
implementation will help in IT Staff productivity improvement

smaller segments. By this entire project can be effectively performed within the set time frame
that is 90 days. These structuring of activities help in proper allocation of resources so that
