services to give benefits to its society (Jambeck et al., 2015, p.p768-771). These consultants are
expert in landfill monitoring in delivering waste management and environmental services. This
project offers its services to Anglesea Landfill which is located at 50 coalmines road in the
Victoria. The funding plays an important role in this project which is considered as on a priority
basis to assist the project manager in moving ahead with its project. After arranging the funds for
the entire project, a project manager will assign tasks and the duties to all its project stages. Surf
coast shire council’s vision behind this project is to eliminate landfills wastes from Anglesea in
the Victoria by adopting appropriate waste management techniques to get rid of this issue.

Broughman and Macias, 2017, p.p, 42-45). The motive of surf coast shire council behind the
launching of tender is to seek different quotes from all the consultants and consider the
affordable quotes in starting the waste management for landfills of the Anglesea in the Victoria

p.p. 236-261). This project is about the waste management environmental services especially

project activities.
1.4 Reasons for submitting the proposal
A tender submitted through a commercial proposal create an additional impact on the end
user as the normal report does not create a great impact as compared to a proposal. A proposal
appeals the end users about the aims and the objectives of a proposed project (Nonino, 2017, pp.
245-263). The formal structure of a proposal helps in seeking the approval of the client by
proceeding with the same as everything is mention in the proposal about a project. This will be
helpful for a client to get a brief idea about its final project by knowing the timeline and budget
of this project to accept or reject their proposal (Zhang, Wang, Fu, Gao and Shen, 2018, pp.794-
803).
