for understanding the project management
domain, its advantages after implementing it
in any business organization.
From the detail analysis of the lectures
notes I have learned that, strategic
alignment, governance, organizational
project management, methodologies and
competency management is the boundary
line of project management.
Kerzner Chapter 1 During the evaluation of different project, it is
necessary for the project heads or project
executives to main al the steps properly. The
concept of project effectiveness and efficiency
are widely used while evaluating project
processes. If the project domain and all the
processes are maintained and monitored
accurately then only the project management
will be able to deliver successful project for
the consumers.
I have learned that in order to deliver a
successful project to the consumers a
proper balance should be established
between the objectives and the project
outcomes.

phase of any project can be easily

found that certain additional resources are
needed then change management plan and
actions are to be undertaken.

For successful implementation of any task the
WBS skills are needed.
In order to complete the task successfully,
proper cost and time should be redesigned
with the help of a scope change planning.
