1. Detailed outline of the project
The paper mainly reflects on one of the investigation project that will be helpful in
guiding the planning decision in the coming 20 years for accommodating growth. It is found
that the project will be helpful in balancing the need of delivering the needed housing as well
as other facilities including jobs, services as well other liveable facility for the dwellers of
Wiley Park Suburb, New South Wales, Australia. One of the main principles of the project is
to properly enhance the housing choice with the help of urban renewal procedures.
2. Brief of the case study
Wily park is one of the location that is bounded by the Punchbowl road in the north,
Robinson street in the west, Canterbury street in the south as well as Ernest and Cilo street in
the East. It is found that there are a number of ways in which the population of the area can
be measured however, it is found that proper investigation is mainly undertaken in order to
undertake estimated resident population within the area. It is found that as pr the ERP there is
change within the number of population from 2012 to 2018 and the number of people who
are dwelling in that area have increased. All the information which is provided helps in
making evidence based decision for providing proper services to the community by making
the change. In addition to this, the project is mainly undertaken balancing the need of
delivering the needed housing as well as other facilities including jobs, services as well other
liveable facility.
