In Corporates, the board of directors are ultimate responsible for the success and
failure of corporation, as they are the superior authority to take a decisions for any
project or action plans. Similarly the project manager is ultimate responsible person
for the success and failure of project. The project manager formulate an action plan
for successful implementation of project, use the limited resource In maximum
possible ways, and ensure to management and peoples of top executives that their
limited resources are used in proper direction, with intention to meet the expectation
of all stakeholders.
The project manager is a bridge between the top managerial persons and the peoples
working within and under the project managers, hence it is essential that a project
managers should own following skill, in order to effectively manage a project and in

B) Ability to communicate two ways, such as form top to bottom and from bottom
to top level of corporation.
C) Skill to formulate a framework to manage the risk in best possible ways

E) Ability to manage the various project with in the given deadline ( time

So above stated skill and knowledge are the core requirement while action as a project

The project manager behave ethically and incorporate the ethical standers in every
transection, more over the project manager should follow and adopt the provision of
all laws of lend, and try to follow the legal requirement beyond the later of laws and
sprites, that means a project manager should not follow the legal and ethical aspect on
