I have experienced that the project team
and their manager is selected by
establishing parameters that are suitable for
a particular project.

suffers from failure.
I have experienced that the correct project
manager must be employed to achieve
project success or else it fails.

different today then the one’s form

 The project managers from today are
more versatile than the ones from

The project managers of today take a
flexible and versatile approach to solving

from the past used to follow rigid and
inflexible methods of project management.
