The initiation phase is related to the milestone plan, statement
of work, specification of the project and the project breakdown
structure. These factors can be considered as crucial and
essential factor for the aspect of developing of the project
planning. Prior to the planning of the project the resource and
the suppliers should be taken into consideration and should be
identified earlier to the execution phase of the project. The
chart which is related to the linear responsibility should be
obtained which majorly include the priorities of the associated
factor in the networking diagram and activities. So it can be
stated here that the scheduling of the project should be started
using the aspect of organisational understanding,
organisational structure which are appropriate for the project
and the factors which are related to the successful delivery of
the project. The utilization of the resources are also very much
vital and should be taken into consideration and presented and
confirmed for the aspect of delivering the project with the
standard involved into the aspect. The factors which play a
role in the sector of planning include the development of the
resource costing and accounting system to directly estimate
and analyse the proper budget of the project.
The activity which should be taken into consideration before
the implementation include the creation of management and
reporting structure which will be helpful in the aspect of
checking the activities and the project objectives.
In order to achieve a successful
understanding of the aspect of project
management I have planned for
reaching the completion of the weekly
lectures and the understanding of the
concept of project management.
According to me this is the initial
planning which is related to the
understanding of the initial document
of the commercial activity. The
aspects which are taken into
consideration are the reporting and the
functioning for the successful

There can be different types of issue for the stakeholders,
sponsors and executives during the planning phase of the
project. The main aspect which is seen is in the sector of the
deliverables of the project at a specific time and budget. There
can be also a point of debate relating to the roles and
responsibility. Some of the employee may not be happy with
the position and the task which is allocated to them.
The representation relating to the deliverable of planning of
the project has to be considered a high demonstration
concerning every activity which are to be demonstrated and
written in simple English which would be understandable for
majority of the people which include time and budget of the
project.
In my project I have taken into
consideration that there would be a
weekly meeting of all the employee to
take into consideration different
aspects of the activity which is being
conducted. According to me it is very
much necessary to take into
consideration different aspects of the
project and talk about them due to the
factor that it helps in resolving issues
which are faced into the working of
the project. In order to conduct an
interaction with the stakeholder’s
social media would be used so that
they also get a hold of the different
activity which are being conducted.
There would be top most priority
given to the privacy aspect of the

myself taking into consideration five
phases of the project execution. The
