1. Introduction
The project plan is based on redesign of management information system in Burger King
(BK). BK is the global chain of the hamburger fast food restaurants within America. The project
is based on developing a Management Information System (MIS) for the company based on the
project management principles. The proposed system should provide decisions making activities
to the management team so that they can improve over the business operations. It is used to
provide various impacts like improvement of the contact technologies, and unpredictability of
demands of the clients. The project plan discusses about various aspects of the project
management such as communication plan, work breakdown structure, RACI matrix, scheduling
of entire project, resource and budget planning, risk management, quality management and
project closure.
