occurs then the client will force the company for the delivery of the product. If
the product is not made in the estimated time then there is the chance that the
product quality may be considered. If the project got disrupt then for building
project again it will take long time. If the plans of the project changes frequently
then the developer of the project will face several issues while developing. The
damage that will be occur due to the liquid will not be covered in the warranty.
The entitlements of the contracts must be clear to the each and the every
employee of the organization otherwise there will be ambiguity between te
employees regarding the project. No arbitration will be required in the
